T-Shirt Info:
We do NOT guarantee t-shirts after November 7th at 5pm. To ensure you receive a t-shirt, register early!
Our shirt sizes are:
5k & 1 Mile: Unisex shirts: small, medium, large, XL, XXL(add $2)
Women's cut: small, medium, large, & XL
Children's: youth small, youth medium, & youth large.
While we do our best to fullfill all t-shirt sizes are available we still can't guarantee all sizes or cuts will be available.
Due to the increase in our participants over the years, its become impossible to predict sizes of our shirts.
We do our best to fulfill the orders. Thank you for your understanding
Packet Pickup
We strongly encourage ALL participants to pick up their packets available at the Regional Park
office on FRIDAY November 16thth between 8:30 am – 6 pm. or at the
park on race day from 2 PM - 3:30 PM. Late registration is also available at
the park between 2–3:30 pm on race day. To ensure you will receive one of our
souvenir run T-shirts, please register by November 7th at 5 pm.
How to Get There:
From I-35 North or South, Take Exit 33 to Hwy 142 by-pass. East ¼ mile on
HWY 142 north into park. Follow signs to race registration.
Awards:
5K & children’s runs,
Top 3 male and female in 5k and children's runs
Top 3 in each age division (5k only)
No awards for the one mile fun run/walk

1 mile: Open to runners and walkers of
all ages. It’s an out and back course with the 5km.
Races will start at 5:00 pm, the course will close
at 6:00 pm and will open to traffic at that time. No awards will be given for the 1 Mile.

¼ mile: ages 6 and under
½ mile: ages 7 - 12
All children competing in these events will receive a medal.
Children Races will start at
4:00 pm
Runner Protection & Aid
Southern
Oklahoma Ambulance Service will provide emergency assistance and aid. Water
will be provided at the end of the race.
Please note that radio
headsets, baby strollers, baby joggers, roller skates, rollerblades,
skateboards, bicycles or dogs are NOT allowed on any of the courses. Motorized
wheelchairs are not allowed in the run.
These are exclusions by the insurance
underwriter.
The park
will be closed to traffic during the race.
